WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY
At VORTEX we aim to maximize the gaming experience for all our patrons and take the stress away from those hosting, this why we going to give you a run down on how we plan our parties/events.
ON ARRIVAL
VORTEX will arrive approximately 30mins before the gaming start time this gives our 2 x professional gaming coaches to create the party environment. We do prefer to plug into mains power but can operate off generators with no issues.
WHAT WE NEED
HOST please ensure there is enough space to park the trailer, our trailer is 7 metres long and 2.5 metres wide. If paying final balance in cash or EFTPOS on the day please ensure payment is made before gaming begins unfortunately gaming can not begin until full payment is received, a paper copy of terms and conditions will need to be signed as well.

GAME ON!
GAME ON all participating patrons will be invited into the VORTEX, a quick run down on the rules will be given and then its GAME ON!!!, for younger siblings or non participating guests we can still keep them involved on the screen outside we can put on Just Dance or similar, this however will require full adult supervision.
ENJOY!
HOST there is nothing for you to do expect to marvel in the silence, however if supervising the younger patrons out the front the may be some dancing involved.
GAME OVER the birthday child will receive their gift and then all patrons will be released from the VORTEX, a full clean will be done ensuring all seating, controllers etc are wiped over and sanitize and then the VORTEX will disappear.
HOST the group photo will be emailed out usually by the following work day and we appreciate all reviews and feedback.
