IS VORTEX GAMING AIR CONDITIONED

Yes, Vortex Gaming is climate controlled to give the gamers plays in comfort all year round, Rain, Hail or Shine

VORTEX GAMING DISCLAIMER

By completing our online booking form you are confirming your booking with Vortex Gaming and agree that our policies and the following forms part of your agreement with Vortex Gaming. Vortex Gaming and its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the Mobile Video Gaming Theatre in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property and/or equipment damage. Additionally, Vortex Gaming reserves the right to invoice the client for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or wilful damage of same by client’s guests. Vortex Gaming and its employees shall not be responsible for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages and/or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and / or host and you indemnify, release and hold harmless Vortex Gaming and its directors proprietors employees and agents in respect of any loss or damage arising. Warning: If you suffer from epilepsy or have had seizures or other unusual reactions to flashing lights or patterns, it is advisable not to participate in the Vortex Gaming Theatre.

IS FOOD AND DRINK ALLOWED IN THE TRAILER?

Do to the sensitive equpiment in the Gaming Trailer, we do not allow any food or drinks inside.

COVID-19

All equipment used in the VORTEX is cleaned and sanitised regularly. With the current COVID19 situation we are taking extra measures to ensure that all controllers, seats, door handles, flooring etc. are clean and sanitised between every use.

All patrons entering into the VORTEX will be required sanitise hands which will be supplied at the door. It’s the host’s responsibility to ensure that other parents are made aware that if their child has flu symptoms to not attend the party. 

In the event we are unable to host your booking due to Government forced restrictions which are beyond our control the booking can be rescheduled at no additional cost or the booking deposit can be transferable to another person if you do not wish to reschedule

AREAS SERVICED BY VORTEX

VORTEX travels within 40kms of GOSNELLS, events or parties outside this area may occur a fuel surcharge

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required within 48hours of booking the party. Remaining balance is to be paid 5 days before the party date via bank transfer or cash only is acceptable on the day of the party; please note that the gaming will not start until full payment is received

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING?

Cancellations that are made more than 21days before the party will not occur a fee, however the $100 deposit is not refundable. If a party is cancelled less than 21 days prior to the party a $100 fee will be charged on top of the retained $100 deposit. Rescheduling of a party can be a option but is subject to availability with an $50 fee applied

MAXIMUM PATRONS/AGE LIMIT?

The VORTEX can hold a max of 16 patrons and is wheelchair accessible. Gaming age is recommended from 7 yrs to 100 yrs. Patrons under 7yrs require adult supervision at all times. Games will be adjusted to suit age and gaming experience. If there are younger siblings or guests the screen mounted outside the VORTEX
